The Role

You'll be embedded within a dynamic, fast-paced environment, partnering closely with hiring managers and business leaders to attract and secure top talent across a range of roles. No two days will look the same — and that's exactly the point.

This is a role where you'll have real ownership of your portfolio, genuine support from a collaborative team, and the satisfaction of knowing your work directly shapes the workforce of a business doing impressive things.

What We're Looking For

We're keeping an open mind on this one. Here's what matters to us:

  • Some recruitment experience — whether agency, internal, or both

  • Construction industry exposure — this is highly desirable and will set you apart

  • A genuine passion for people and a drive to deliver great candidate and stakeholder experiences

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly

  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working at pace
